Laura Linney
Laura Linney (born on February 5, 64 in New York in the U.S.A.) is an American Actress best known as a tough and vulnerable persona. Linney comes from a theatrical background, since her father is the playwright Romulus Linney. In 1986, she received her degree at Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City. The actress immediately started performing on Broadway before receiving acclaim for her performances as Hedda Gabler in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
