But it also performed well around the globe. Speak Now delivered almost two years later and consolidated this success and moved Swift to the heights of fame. In the following three years, her popularity increased through the years -three times - Red (2012), Reputation (2014) as well as 1989 (2014-2015) -- as she moved into a realm of pop with her skills already well-established. As she cut her style to the stripped-down versions of 2020, folklore, and Evermore but she was still in the top spot. The position was defended by re-recordings from her past catalogue as in Midnights, her synth-heavy chart-topping 2022 album.
