Majors. Ladd was with the series until the end of 1981. Cheryl Ladd was first introduced to Hollywood by playing the singing voice of Melody, the character in the Josie and the Pussycats energy series. Her first role as an actor was in 1971 in Chrome and Hot Weather in which she assumed the part of Kathy.
